About me
Hi, I'm Flor :)
I’m an interaction designer and a product leader with over 10 years of experience in the software industry. I help shape meaningful digital experiences from the earliest idea to successful business outcomes.
For the past six years, I’ve been at Mural.co, where I’ve grown from designing core experiences to leading product strategy and design. I currently lead design for the Engagement team, where I connect user needs with business goals, and drive initiatives from opportunity space to measurable impact. My day-to-day includes collaborating cross-functionally, designing complex interactions and making strategic product decisions grounded in data and user insights.
Before that, I spent four years on Mural’s Canvas team, shaping the fundamental interactions that define the platform. Prior to Mural, I designed digital products for a range of companies, including an Argentinian restaurant tech startup, a software factory, and the US agency Conway and Partners.
In the past year, I also co-founded Pausa, an AI-powered journaling app designed to help people slow down and reflect.
I hold a degree in Graphic Design, a Master’s in Communication Design, and have specialized in UX and semiotic studies. If you're curious, you can dive into some of my work here.
I bring a strategic mindset to design leadership—thinking in systems, aligning design with product and business strategy, and advocating for decisions rooted in real user needs. I aim to create scalable, thoughtful solutions that drive long-term product success.
Outside of work, I’m into sports, nature, and traveling. I have a brown belt in judo and these days you’ll find me lifting weights, hiking, skiing, or experimenting in the kitchen. I also dabble in stand-up comedy and will never miss a chance to pet a dog on the street.
