In my current role, I lead and manage end-to-end design and development processes, ensuring alignment between business goals and user needs. I am responsible for defining the product vision, driving discovery initiatives, delivering detailed UI specifications, overseeing implementation and post-release performance. Last year I led the sign-up and onboarding redesign, resulting in a 4% increase in sign-up conversion rates.

I collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, analytics, and marketing teams, effectively managing diverse stakeholders across multiple projects. My role includes mentoring junior designers, facilitating goal-oriented workshops, and partnering with product leadership to define strategies, roadmaps, and priorities that maximize value delivery.

Additionally, I initiated and led a company-wide Design Thinking program, educating over 1,000 employees across various disciplines on the principles of human-centered design. This initiative not only strengthened the organization’s innovation capabilities but also fostered a culture of collaboration and user-centric problem-solving.
